Implementation Manager

 

A remote project management role providing a project checklist and periodically checking in with project stakeholders to complete project checklist.

Essentials Implementation Package

Includes:

  • Pre-Sales Implementation Email - One (1) email from the Implementation Manager summarizing roles, responsibilities, timelines, and requirements for the implementation.
  • Account Creation & Configuration - Customer account is created. Also includes customer access to self-serve training materials.
  • Group Kickoff Call - Video webinar with the Implementation Manager and other customers to review roles, responsibilities, timelines, and requirements for the implementation. Includes implementation collateral and/or links to implementation resources. 
  • Onboarding Emails - Implementation Manager will check-in and provide training resources via email. 

Unless otherwise noted, Marq Essentials Implementation Package must be used within 12 months from purchase date. If Customer does not use within 12 months, Customer will not be entitled to any reimbursement for any prepaid associated fees.

 

 

Growth Implementation Package

Includes:

  • Pre-Sales Implementation Email - One (1) email from the Implementation Manager summarizing roles, responsibilities, timelines, and requirements for the implementation.
  • Account Creation & Configuration - Customer account is created. Also includes customer access to self-serve training materials.
  • Group Kickoff Call - Video webinar with the Implementation Manager and other customers to review roles, responsibilities, timelines, and requirements for the implementation. Includes implementation collateral and/or links to implementation resources. 
  • Onboarding Emails - Implementation Manager will check-in and provide training resources via email.
  • Complimentary InDesign File Import - Import and editing of up to 10 Customer InDesign pages created in the Customer's Marq platform account.

Unless otherwise noted, Marq Growth Implementation Package must be used within 12 months from purchase date. If Customer does not use within 12 months, Customer will not be entitled to any reimbursement for any prepaid associated fees.

 

 

Premium Implementation Package

Includes:

  • Pre-Sales Implementation Consultation - One (1) 15 minute call with an Implementation Manager to review roles, responsibilities, timelines, and requirements for the implementation.
  • Account Creation & Configuration - Customer account is created. Also includes customer access to self-serve training materials.
  • Complimentary InDesign File Imports - Import and editing of up to 30 Customer InDesign pages created in the Customer's Marq platform account.
  • Kickoff Call - One (1) 45 minute video call with an Implementation Consultant to review roles, responsibilities, timelines, and requirements for the implementation. Includes implementation collateral and/or links to implementation resources. (Must be used within 180 days from purchase date.)
  • Webinar for Admins - One (1) (45) minute video call of training selected from the training course catalog for up to fifty (50) attendees led by a Customer Success Manager or Implementation Manager.
  • Webinar for End Users - One (1) (45) minute video call of training selected from the training course catalog for up to fifty (50) attendees led by a Customer Success Manager or Implementation Manager.
  • Bi-weekly Roll Catch Up Calls - One (1) 30 minute video call every other week to discuss the general progress of Customer's implementation, provide timeline updates, and address Customer questions related to the implementation. Bi Weekly Catch Up Calls begin the next business day following the project kickoff and continue until the earlier of completion of implementation or 2 calendar months.

Unless otherwise noted, Marq Premium Implementation Package must be used within 12 months from purchase date. If Customer does not use within 12 months, Customer will not be entitled to any reimbursement for any prepaid associated fees.

 

 

Partner Implementation Package

Includes:

  • Pre-Sales Implementation Consultation - One (1) 15 minute call with an Implementation Manager to review roles, responsibilities, timelines, and requirements for the implementation.
  • Account Creation & Configuration - Customer account is created. Also includes customer access to self-serve training materials.
  • Complimentary InDesign File Imports - Import and editing of up to 60 Customer InDesign pages created in the Customer's Marq platform account.
  • Kickoff Call - One (1) 45 minute video call with an Implementation Consultant to review roles, responsibilities, timelines, and requirements for the implementation. Includes implementation collateral and/or links to implementation resources. (Must be used within 180 days from purchase date.)
  • Webinar for Admins - One (1) (45) minute video training session on a topic selected from the training course catalog for up to fifty (50) attendees led by a Customer Success Manager or Implementation Manager.
  • Webinar for End Users - Two (2) (45) minute video call of training selected from the training course catalog for up to fifty (50) attendees led by a Customer Success Manager or Implementation Manager.
  • Template Review Call - One (1) virtual 30 minute call prior to Customer's roll out of the platform to its end users. The Template Review Call will confirm appropriate locking restrictions are in place, and answer any outstanding Customer questions related to the implementation.
  • Data Automation Training - One (1) virtual (30) minute call with an Implementation Specialist to address Customer questions related to Smart Templates, data automation features, and MLS features.
  • Weekly Calls - One (1) 30 minute video call every week to discuss the general progress of Customer's implementation, provide timeline updates, and address Customer questions related to the implementation. Weekly Catch Up Calls begin the next business day following the project kickoff and continue until the earlier of completion of implementation or 2 calendar months.
  • Success Plan Review - One (1) video call for up to one hour with a Customer Success Manager to review Customer's overall implementation project completion and annual lifecycle planning. The specific agenda will be prepared by the Customer Success Manager and provided to Customer at the Success Plan Review.
  • Activity Reports - Creation and distribution of one (1) Activity Dashboard Report (in .pdf format) displaying user activity on Customer platform. Reports will be provided to Customer upon request on a quarterly basis during the subscription term.

Unless otherwise noted, Marq Partner Implementation Package must be used within 12 months from purchase date. If Customer does not use within 12 months, Customer will not be entitled to any reimbursement for any prepaid associated fees.

 

 

 

 

Professional Services

 

Onsite Onboarding (One Day) One (1) onsite visit for one (1) business day with an Implementation Manager and/or Customer Success Manager. This visit is to be used for needs discovery, project scoping and planning, and consultation for unique core needs related to implementation and/or add-on solutions.

Must be used within 12 months from purchase date. If Customer does not use the Onsite Onboarding services within 12 months, Customer will not be entitled to any reimbursement for any prepaid associated fees.



Onsite Onboarding (Additional Days) onsite visit(s) with an Implementation Manager and/or Customer Success Manager. This visit is to be used for needs discovery, project scoping and planning, and consultation for unique core needs related to implementation and/or add-on solutions.

Must be used within 12 months from purchase date. If Customer does not use the Onsite Onboarding services within 12 months, Customer will not be entitled to any reimbursement for any prepaid associated fees.



Onsite Training (One Day) One (1) onsite visit for one (1) business day with an Implementation Manager and/or Customer Success Manager to facilitate roll-out and end user training. On Site Training includes up to four (4) sessions for a maximum of thirty (30) attendees per session.

Must be used within 12 months from purchase date. If Customer does not use the On Site Training services within 12 months, Customer will not be entitled to any reimbursement for any prepaid associated fees.



Onsite Training (Additional Days) Onsite visit(s) with an Implementation Manager and/or Customer Success Manager to facilitate roll-out and end user training. On Site Training includes up to four (4) sessions per day for a maximum of thirty (30) attendees per session.

Must be used within 12 months from purchase date. If Customer does not use the On Site Training services within 12 months, Customer will not be entitled to any reimbursement for any prepaid associated fees.



Additional InDesign Import Import and editing of up to specified Customer InDesign pages in addition to pages imported as part of Complimentary InDesign File Imports services.

Must be used within 12 months from purchase date. If Customer does not use the Additional InDesign Import services within 12 months, Customer will not be entitled to any reimbursement for any prepaid associated fees.



Webinar (Standard) One (1) virtual hour of training selected from the training course catalog for up to fifty (50) attendees led by a Customer Success Manager or Implementation Manager.

Must be used within 12 months from purchase date. If Customer does not use the Webinar (Standard) services within 12 months, Customer will not be entitled to any reimbursement for any prepaid associated fees.



Webinar (Tailored) One (1) virtual hour of training tailored to Customer's instance for up to fifty (50) attendees led by a Customer Success Manager or Implementation Manager.

Must be used within 12 months from purchase date. If Customer does not use the Webinar (Tailored) services within 12 months, Customer will not be entitled to any reimbursement for any prepaid associated fees.



Printer Integration Set Up Custom scoping, development, and integration of an API between the Marq platform and Customer's preferred printer.

Must be used within 12 months from purchase date. If Customer does not use the Printer Integration Set Up services within 12 months, Customer will not be entitled to any reimbursement for any prepaid associated fees.



Printer Integration Access includes ongoing connection to the Marq printing provider. Includes troubleshooting, support, and consultation for Customer's use of the printer API to be provided during standard business hours during the subscription term.



DAM Integration Access and ongoing connection to the Marq DAM API. Includes troubleshooting, support, and consultation for Customer's use of the DAM API to be provided during standard business hours during the subscription term. 



Templating API Access and ongoing connection to the Marq Templating API. Includes troubleshooting, support, and consultation for Customer's use of the Templating API during standard business hours during the subscription term. Does not include building the endpoints and connectors, which is Customer's responsibility.



Custom API Integration Custom development services for other API integrations as requested by the Customer, and as agreed to between the parties.



Bi-weekly Catch Up Calls One (1) 30 minute video call every other week to discuss the general progress of Customer's implementation, provide timeline updates, and address Customer questions related to the implementation. Bi Weekly Catch Up Calls begin the next business day following the project kickoff and continue until the earlier of completion of implementation or 2 calendar months.



Custom Training Collateral Creation of one (1) 2-minute video for Customer to use as a training resource.



Activity Reports Creation and distribution of specified reports displaying user activity on Customer platform. Reports will be provided to Customer upon request on a quarterly basis during the subscription term.



Data Automation Training One (1) virtual (30) minute call with an Implementation Specialist to address Customer questions related to Smart Templates, data automation features, and MLS features.
Must be used within 12 months from purchase date. If Customer does not use the Data Automation Training services within 12 months, Customer will not be entitled to any reimbursement for any prepaid associated fees.
