Common error messages

The following errors are commonly sent to support:

Unable to upload image

  • Common causes:
    • the image already exists in the image manager
    • the image is not a PNG or JPEG
    • the image is too large (above 2MB)

Docs not loading

  • Common causes:
    • slow internet connection
    • VPN/firewall blocking the IP address
    • you need to clear your cache and/or open an incognito window

Unable to save work

  • Common causes:
    • slow internet connection
    • VPN/firewall blocking the IP address
    • you need to clear your cache and/or open an incognito window
    • If all else fails, open a blank project and copy the content over into a new project to save your work
